This item is  strictly for the purpose of paying for shipping on orders already placed.
Packages are well packed, shipped via Priority Shipping through USPS. You will be provided with the tracking number within 24 hrs of shipping.
When shipping, extra cookies are included at no charge, to offset any damages which may occur during shipping.
Orders are shipped 8 days prior to your event.
We have no control over the Postal Service and therefore cannot issue refunds based on damage or delays.
Insurance will be purchased and we will make every effort to recover through insurance and IF insurance pays for the damage the client will receive a refund.
Lastly in the event of catastrophic damage please take photos of the damage to the product AND packaging and text them to 618-971-6545 immediately.

Remedies may be limited. They may also include sending additional cookies, remaking the order in the event of a catastrophic loss due to poor packaging or a partial refund. We want you to be happy with your order. Communication is key.
