My personal sugar cookie recipe is flavored with a light touch of premium vanilla and butter extracts. They are cut to 1/4" thickness and beautifully decorated with Royal Icing. My recipes have been fine tuned in my cottage bakery to have a soft sweet bite.
My cookies are shelf stable for a minimum of two weeks when sealed and stored properly.
